Is there anyone out there who could help me with a ride from Danville area to the Red this Sun-Wed....lookin for day trips ...easier to get back than there??

I'd do it except that I won't be able to get away until Thursday, probably. It's probably a half hour out of the way coming from Louisville and I'm pretty sure the detour involves some excellent KY country road driving from US127 to I64.

Hopefully you can get someone from the Louisville area to hook up with you. Someone from Frankfort would have an easy time getting you as well.

Good luck, dude. I know what it's like to have some free time and no climbing partner.

When have you had free time and no partner, Alan? Maybe you could swing by sometime and get him on your way to the secret crag. We could take him there, and of course we would have to kill him afterward.

That's what I'm thinkin'. I've fallen off the bottom of almost every 11 I've tried except for those totally overhung pocket things which I've pumped out on reliably. Maybe a day of puppy wrestling and 5.7s...
