Yeah, if Outside magazine say it than it MUST be true. That is GREAT publication.
I see they are still lopping off mountains in Eastern Kentucky. Electricity isn't cheap.

Sorry to mount a long dead thread, but I can't resist. When I let my subscription to Outside lapse, their distro company called me. You know how after something you think of what you should have said? This time I actually thought of it. When they asked, "Why aren't you renewing your subscription to Outside?" I said, "I'm not shopping for an SUV." Ha! (The implication being that people who read Outside buy SUVs but don't actually go anywhere with them but the mall. I don't think the telemarketer quite got what I was getting at.)

Back to the topic of the thread - Damn it! I can do all the moves (with a knee bar, by the way) and I might someday have the stamia to link the damn thing, so it should stay 12a! So what if no single move feels harder than mid 10? I can do all the moves on a 12! I'm so badass!

Well, I gave it 5.11d in the online guide. I flexed a few other ratings also.
