Spragwa, my mother saw Ginger Rogers in a club where she worked in Vegas (Mom, not Ginger). She was about 70 years old and was wearing high heels that day. Mom said, "Hi, Ginger," and Ginger Rogers said, "Hi, Honey," and winked at her. I always loved that story.
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.
