I have a barely used set of HIT Strips for sale. I got them earlier this year and have since had some back problems and have decided that training that hard for climbing just isn't going to be an option for me. I have only done about 3 cycles on them so with the exception of some chalk on them they are in perfect condition.
I paid $200 for them and would be willing to sale them for $150. And since I have no use for it now I will include the 4'X10' wall that I have them installed on (if anyone wants it). The framing of the wall is pretty solid, but I have a very simple freestanding support system that could either be re-used or replaced.
If anyone is interested or has any questions just shoot me a PM and I'll get back to you as quickly as possible.

What's a HIT strip? Is it something I put at the base of a climb? Or do I use it when toproping down to the base of a climb?
Yes, I've never climbed on anything but rock outside. Why climb inside when I can go out in the snow? Or the heat. Whatever. Why do anything inside if you can do something else outside? I mean, other than sex during mosquito season...

HIT system is hyper gravity training system. The HIT strips which have a variety of holds on them go on a 45 degree wall. You work progressivly on each hold and grip positions with weights on you. Outside you certainly can't work a single specific grip position over and over atleast 10 times with each hand to get any benefit from it. I don't think something like this is needed till some one has reached 5.12 though.

I have the set that includes 4 strips and 6 pinches. Sometime over the last year or so they decided to make two different set, one with 4/6 holds, and the other with 5/10. The 5/10 setup is closer to $250 though if I remember right.
I may have the strips sold. If they do in fact sell today, I'll make sure to post back here and let everyone know.
