Wanted: Lexington area Hippie Chicks

Post by Wes »

So, after nearly 20 months without a haircut, I think my hair is long enough to dread. I was a bit worried about work, but decided if people think my hair style has some kind of negitve effect on my skills, then they are not the kind of people that I want to work for.

I was hoping that I could sweet talk / bribe a few of the super cool, very nice, generous, strong, intellegent, funny, hot, etc. Lexington women to actually do the dreading thing. I would supply a couple bottles of good wine and some hippy food in exchange for two - three hours of your time. Maybe one night early next week? I have the suppies, and plan on using the basic process from http://www.dreadheadhq.com/instructions ... ons_1.html

Thanks
Wes

you mean you actually have to work to get your hair to do that?
I thought the Jamaican engineered the hair dreading process by just getting it wet and never combing it out.

Bet if you hag out a coffee house you'll find someone to dread your hair. At my local coffee house in louisville there are 3 people that work there with nice dreads. :D

I love you, man, but I don't know if I can do that. I read the website and it just sounds kinda tough and I'm bound to screw something up. I bet you could find somewhere in town that you could get it done in 1/4 of the time and done right.

Hey wes, the simple way to dread up your hair is to find a rugged REAL wool benie and wear it night and day for a couple of weeks , the wool rubbing your stanky, oily hair will make it all dread up then you just have to seperate them and keep working with them.Doing it this way gives you biger more full dreads, not little stringy pop culture dreads. Of course if you can get some hippie chicks to spend a few hours with you then go for it. just tell them you want to dread your *butt* hair, and just drop trow'

One of these days I will just walk out to some secluded crag in the red and hang my self will my favorite hex and my old climbing rope; and the paper will read "Climber falls and dies using primitive gear." But that's not how I want to be remembered.
