Miguel's yummies

Post by marathonmedic »

Classes just started and I'm already missing Miguel's food. Can someone hook me up with a complete list of toppings so I might be able to make a few pasta bakes on my own? Thanks a ton!

Although, you can make a pretty dang good pizza at home with the right ingredients. I like the Boboli pre made crusts cause they are quite crunchy and tasty and i never have time to make homemade crust. Broccoli, ham, and a little oregano makes for a good quick pizza. I add various other spices that i can't think of off the top of my head, generally to make it spicy. The right chipotle sauce can be good - like the Chipotle Tobasco. Experimenting with different cheeses is good too. The store bought shreaded colby jack is pretty good, and some feta cheese on top is great. I tried one pizza with Havarti cheese and it tasted awesome but the cheese practically turned into a liquid when baked so use sparingly. If you do want to make your own crust, I've used a french bread recipe and just spread it into a pizza crust and it turned out pretty good. Any of these are better than delivery pizza and way cheaper.

we have boulders and toofa's now and they are really good and if you get a foil dish and freeze it when you get home they are real good if you heat them up again in the micowave

Not only that, but he's getting addicted to the board. I think you've passed the point of no return, Dario...

I just read this thread and I think it is cruel and unusal punishment.
I'm hungry.
