I started eating Chicken and fish this summer after Mike Portanda convinced me that I couldn't reach maximum strength without animal protien. No side affects other than wicked strength.
Beef is just more difficult to digest than the rest of the animal proteins, but a burger which is already chopped meat might not have such a bad effect. As everyone said, it depends on your body.

Don't worry ynot, I've been around plenty of cows. I think chicken's are worse. Cows don't actually eat their own shit and piss. It's especially true the way the industry raises the chickens. They are really icky. Actually, I just dislike birds. I love them when they're in the trees singing their lil hearts out but I hate them when they're flying around. It comes from living in Cinci and DC where the pigeons are rampant. They repulse me.
