Found chalk bag and stuck cam

Post by skeeterth0mps0n »

I was out at the Red this weekend and found a black chalk bag at Fortress wall by Bedtime for Bonzo. It’s at Miguel's if anyone is looking for it.
Also, someone severely over cammed a placement on the first pitch on Bedtime as well. Not sure why it is so far back in the crack because there was lots of room to stand and take your time placing it. I tried to get it out but the trigger wouldn't budge. It's yellow and the stem is pretty bent from other people trying to pull it out.
Maybe someone else can get it out

The cam might have "walked" back into the crack after it was placed. That's caused by rope movement working the cam back and forth.

Its stuffed so far back in the crack because my lame wade butt couldn't get it out and I ended up working the bloddy thing deeper, that was at least 3 or so weeks ago. I was a little confused as to how someone fixed it so well in the first place because of the no hands stance to place/remove gear. I later noticed the all the people at Fortress with shiny new gear and figured it must be the newbie factor. But then again I just about 'fixed' my #4 yesterday so what's my excuse? At anyrate there is a #something Robot Cam thingy on the first pitch of Bedtime if anybody actually wants the thing....free BOOTY!
I see they are still lopping off mountains in Eastern Kentucky. Electricity isn't cheap.

What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.
