OK, I see that HO is a jackanap, but I am still not clear on what excatly that is. Allah has small nuts, does that mean Ho does as well?

size of nuts has nothing to do with Jackanaps status.

let's see...it is kinda like learning to read phoenetically, understanding what a jackanap is.
