Virtual Hallucinations!!!

I am totally geeked! This friday one of our drug companies is supplying us with a Virtual Hallucination machine! So we get to experience the sensations of hallucinating as the patients that we treat experience. Very Cool!

I get to Hallucinate on the Job and NOT get into trouble!!!

is that the machine that mimics schizophrenia? i heard about that on NPR. sounded sort of scary to me.

I would think that they would set up some paranoid situations so we get the full effect

It doesn't sound fun, to be honest, but should be a great tool to help you help your patients.
