Non-workers and non-climbers are also invited but are asked for donations if they don't participate in the work details [donations will be used to put up signs in the valley]. Sunday will be for climbing and finishing any loose ends left over from Saturday....

Interesting tidbit of information: Out of 8,000 proposals, the design featuring the famed conservationist John Muir looking over Yosemite Valley was chosen for the new design of the California quarter.

Lucamaniac, the "staging area" where all the supplies will be provided (first aid, water, porta-jons, etc) is the clearing before you cross Smokey Fork Creek to Lower Tantroft Hollow. I imagine this is where we will all meet. Your Jeep will definitely be able to make it down - unless Jared decides to keep taking parts of the "road" with him in his Subaru (I think right now we have a 'mud-caked-in-car' instead of a 'car-caked-in-mud').
As far as the time and other logistics, we will be posting a more detailed post closer to the date. I do think the earlier, the better though!
