Well, its not the West, but its closer to climbing and farther from traffic that I am now.
I will be moving in on Saturday and I am looking for people who climb outside regularly on the weekends.
I will be getting a membership to the gym also if anyone wants to meet up next week.

Cool dude! There is an awesome friendly climbing community here with lots of active climbers. I'm sure we'll be climbing together soon!

Welcome to B-ton, dude. ("Dude"? I've been around Danny too long.) Hope to see you at the gym.
Ticking is gym climbing outdoors.

Hey old friend, we're down at the Red nearly every weekend now. Hope to see you soon!

hope the culture shock doesn't hit you too hard. bloomington is a far cry from the big windy city, you can bike from one side to other in just under 10 mins and get a great cup of coffee with going to starbucks.
just remember, bloomington has a way of sinking it claws into you. i try to leave every couple of years and it keeps pulling me back in.
welcome, we'll see you at the gym

I moved, but I keep going back. The claw marks are still there.

I just have to say, after climbing with the bloomington folk for just a few weeks now...they are way cooler than the chicago people. (Exept for Cromlech...thanks for climbing with me) Glad to feel a sense of community where I am climbing.
Cheers
