Why is it people all of a sudden want to start a bunch of fucking gay climbing clubs? So many acronyms I'm getting lost. Keep clubs out of climbing. That's why I do this shit. If I wanted clubs I would play soccer.
If you want to set yourself apart from the other average climbers then do it the old way......climb hard!

I am not venting. I am stating plain, simple facts - you take them as you wish - it's your money, and it's your time that you are giving. If nothing else, at least now you can ask better questions before giving your stuff away... but again, maybe it doesn't matter to you...

Vic, someone who practices law in Kentucky or someone who knows this area of law should answer your questions.
In Indiana there are laws that govern not-for -profit organizations. these laws are specific about the liability of members of the Board of Directors and liabilities of officers.
However,you don't have to be a lawyer to research and understand this area of law. it just takes time.

good point Ray..all these "clubs" are so lame....go join a summer softball league of you want a club...
the RRGCC has done an incredible job, esp. since most on here would not even begin to put in the effort to make things better...much more fun to bitch and moan...I include myself in this.
