Climber Group Ride

Post by climbhigh »

How many of you would be interested in a weekly climber bike ride? Thursday would work best for me, but I could make a Monday or Tuesday ride. We could alternate our starting points between the Delong area and the Masterson Park area. Both areas have great riding and plenty of parking. I say we have a start time of around 6:30. That will give us time to get 20-40 miles in depending on the group’s ability. If you are interested pm me and I will start a contact list and try to get something set up for next week.

I just got back from a ride. Sweetness. Apparently I live in a county (Oldham) that is a destination for Louisville-area cyclists. I can see why - the riding out here is fantastic. However, I prefer to ride alone.

Count me in. Just took my bike in for a tune up.

Yeah man I bought the Giant TCR. Really sweet bike, I wanted the Trek 5200, but it was a little out of my range. I am really happy with the way this bike performs. You need to get you one Wes.

Does anyone know the climber that works at Dicks Sporting Goods here in Lex ? I think his name is Dave, could be wrong. He mentioned getting a group ride started and I want to make sure he knows about this.

Anyone want to ride this Thursday ?
