Yeah, I guess drinking all those MGD's probably didn't help my climbing (note to everyone.... we didn't drink and climb) but then again what else could I do? I am weak and can only climb three a day! geez, i'm not a hot, super climber like some one i know

There are 3 kids (high school) that climb at our gym...they are pretty cool guys...one of the kids dad owned the place...and my ex and I were planning on driving down to a lookout spot when they called us and invited us over instead.

Visited my dying aunt in the hospital, quite a turn around from the previous weekend of driving back from Maine in a good mood.
I see they are still lopping off mountains in Eastern Kentucky. Electricity isn't cheap.

Sorry, Steve.

I spent the Fourth with two of my children and two of my grandbuddies. We took in the concert in Lexington, and then went to Lexi's house and set some trees ablaze with fireworks. Too fun!
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

Thanks Dipsi, I got in some landscaping and heard some patriotic music at Transy too..that made the weekend feel more holiday like.
