music and climbing

Post by JB »

Friday 6/25: I play at the Coffee Conspiracy in Berea 8pm - 11pm

Saturday 6/26: Vienna Tang, Over the Rhine, Bill Mallonee, and Robbie Fulks are all at the Dame in Lexington. Over the Rhine is great... and I've played some gigs with Bill Mallonee and the Vigilantes of Love. Great songwriters abound!!! Stuff starts at 7pm and goes LATE! woohoo.

Sunday 6/27: I need somebody to let me follow along and flail up routes with them. PM me if you would let a 'crooner' like me be your tag along. I am entertaining, stupid looking, and have a big cam and a bouldering pad.

My wife doesn't let me go climbing with men who have a big cam.

Charlie I wish you could have posted something about Hank III and Junior Brown when they were at the Dame. :( I was upset when I saw the posters the day after.
Screw you guys. I'm going bowling.

Dude, OTR killed me. I've seen Gillian plenty (May 1 for instance) but OTR only once and I cried a little because I'd been waiting for a while to see that show. If it makes any difference I got Central Heat n' Air installed, a bathroom mostly remodeled, and the kitchen floor tiled since the end of last week. 3 or 4 weekends left and the farm is going on the market. :D

I manage to see a few shows in between but it's primarily during the week. I can verify my schedule if you want. Probably gonna miss Particle tonight, unless someone calls me, but I can finish grouting I guess.
