There were a higher eprcentage of takeovers druing Mr Clinton's Presidency, than at any other time in US history. Since this phenomena exists in every other capitalist society, perhaps you should realize it has nothing at all to do with the administration, past or present, that resides in your White House. Instead, you may want to research the concept: MARKET FORCES which can be found in most rudimentary economic texts.
