I couldn't get the site to resolve. Anyway, I get plenty of right wing propaganda by reading the Christian Coalition newsletters, the Project for a New American Century site, and the Republican platform. As I've also read Mein Kampf, Machiavelli, Strauss, Neitszsche, et. al. I am aware whence this present manifestation of the right wing comes from (I just love using arcane grammar and "incorrect" grammar in the same sentence). We should be in the Balkans. I agreed with that at the time and I still do. We should be in Sudan. We should be in Somalia. We should be in Rwanda. We should be in Afghanistan. Well one out of four ain't bad, huh? No, it's really bad. We've blown our military wad for at least a decade on a STUPID war that never should have happened. Rather than stopping senseless killing (again I come back to the fact we, that is, our government don't give a shit if those dying are brown skinned) on the scale of genecide, thus improving our international standing as peace makers and stabilizers, we've decided to invade and occupy a country so we can still afford our SUV's. And we did it based on lies. That is wrong. Anyway, there's also the rampant theft being hoisted upon the wealth of this country by the friends, family, and corporations of our current administration. Last week I heard a private security contractor in Iraq say on the radio, while laughing, that privatization was costing the US government (that would be you and me, the taxpayers) a fortune and wasn't saving a penny anywhere. Under the old system we would've paid soldiers $20G a year or so to do what private contractors are charging over $100G a month to do. And a sizeable chunk of this theft is going into the Haliburton retirement fund for our Vice President. This is a man that fought against giving up his position at Haliburton despite the fact it is an obvious source of conflict of interest. So much for the noble state of "public servant." They don't serve us. They are served.Uncle Big Green wrote:here's some right-wing propoganda for you, Alan:

I hope you're whining that we're in the Balkans, too.
btw, I'm not "right wing", I'm a capitalist.
I actually heard someone defend the treatment of prisoners in Abu Ghraib recently because they wouldn't have been in prison if they hadn't done something wrong. How many people have been freed from death row in the U.S. because of DNA evidence? Is it 80 now? Or 100? This is in a country where we supposedly have a working and robust system of justice. In Iraq their system of justice is, well... nonexistant. It's a confused hell. So all those guys were "terrorists" and deserved to be sodomized by soldiers. Like that 14year old kid that was sodomized by a "private contractor" while under guard by US soldiers or several prisoners who were sodomized with batons. Defenders of Shrub & Co. point to these prisoners' obvious guilt as a reason they should be tortured and abused. What the FUCK is wrong with this country? The right wing has eroded our trust in law to such a degree we've become a mindless mob.
Ok, I've gotta go get back to painting my house or I'd continue to spew my vindictive hatred for the right wing. Wish I was climbing some rock instead of a ladder but...
