Niagara Glen

Post by Andrew »

My brother in law and I went to Niagara Glen yesterday and had a really great time. This place is just down stream from the falls, which makes for some really cool boulders and really good scenary. A few of the boulders were only a few feet from the river, and that river is movin fast with alot of rapids. Anyway I was just wondering if any one else has been there, or is planning to go. I will post some pictures soon.

Labour day weekend, big crew from Columbus Ohio will be there. Went last year and had a blast, fun bouldering and highly featured limestone. Check out http://www.glenbouldering.com/.

Yup, went there a couple years ago. That was some slick, slippery, polished limestone. Lots of cool problems though. There is a mini-guide in one of the Rock and Ice mags.

Fun stuff and a nice summer destination! Plus, Toronto is just a few hours away - which is a great city!
