Because I am very much "Mechenically Challanged". If I had the cash to buy a newer one, then I might think about it. Dr. Bob's synco is super nice.

Spuz I think the first toyota van in US was just called a Toyota Van. We bought one in 84 and drove it everywhere. It had a 4 cyl Corolla engine that ran forever. I wish I'd never sold it. the van you're talking about i think --> Previa (my favorite) --> Sienna.
The Sienna is super expensive and a lot less room than the previous toyota vans,
the seats no longer are easy to remove-- I probably won't get the Sienna, my previa is still running pretty good 91'

With breakins and stuff I was thinking about putting some kind of locked chest or giant drawer in the 4Runner for climbing gear...I saw Dean the super climber did that in his truck in some climbing mag.
Any one know how to do something like that?

Particularly cool/sexy if you had a 'girl next door' growing up who was named Sienna! On the plus side, she got cuter and cuter as she got older, on the down side she has some of those 'kid' and 'husband' thingies...loren wrote:mini vans are way sexy Wes, kind of like long beards. yeah we just had the "Toyota Van" sigh...it was great. The maroon inside carpeting became very discolored with Georgia sun and red clay...but that thing went EVERYWHERE and towed EVERYTHING. Our family switched from like this big A-Team van with curtains on the windows... (not a winnie, just a big van with curtains and a table in it...) to the tan van yota....
