Hummus? Isn't that the stuff you plant flowers in? You know, the really good, dark dirt stuff? Why would you want to eat that?

Got a great one from Eric with black beans and paprika but it's at home. Give him a call and I'm sure he could quote it. I've gotten plenty of meat and potatoes people to eat that stuff the recipe's so good.

I usually buy it because I can't cook. Health and harvest in Louisville has dcent varities.

do you like your hummous american or mediteranean (sp?) style.
i find that am-style has less olive oil than med-style, and is more paste-like.
i have recipes for both that i really enjoy.

do you experiment with your hummous too?
