snoopdoggy, why don't you go listen to some bad rap music, stick knives down your throat, rip out your fingernails, and report back to this board that gives everyone headaches and brag some more about being masochistic....
there is a difference between working through normal pain that comes with hard workouts, and pain that comes from your body telling you that it is injured. I would say that walking on hot coals just to be able to say "Look at me! Look at what I did!" is a result of you being injured in the head, not being tough and athletic.
projects..goals for the summer
haha, I too have grueled over sports for years, competing at national and international levels, so get off your f**king high horse!

So....you are saying you have a little...??? Cuz that's what it sounds like minuteman. Go play with your little hairless prepubescent testes and leave us alone. You will never be a force to be reckoned with in the climbing world, and will never receive any press for anything you do. So, if that is your goal, then go jump off el cap and leave some skid marks on the lower half when your body tumbles down it.snoopdogg wrote:I am 32 now and I have the body of an 18 year old.
Snoopdogg.
most will never know of what you speak. There are many paths to take
to get to the level that you are on, but as long as ego needs to be stroked
in the way of publicity and competition, it will never be achieved by those
that claim it doesn't exist. And, it will never be achieved by those that lack
the courage to understand.

Summer goals:
to have no goals
to acknowledge my ego but not be attached to it
to be comfortable with paradox
to lead on trad as many climbs as possible
to stick with the training program Nate taught us at the climbing gym
to be of service to others without spraying.

I try to be a good man but all that comes
of trying is I feel more guilty.
