ARNO is coming back!

Climbing Derby Fest 2004
We hope to see you on MAY 29 and MAY 30 – a number of short, fun events will take place:
Gear Auction – Climbing Gear Fashion Show – Climbing Gear Strip-Tease – and much more.

Note:
Arno Ilgner will be conducting his Warrior’s Way class on Sat May 29th at 9:00am.
Maximum of 6 climbers per class – so hurry.

I took his two day course and benefited greatly from it. Even after climbing 8+ years, his course has helped me push my mental and physical limits to a new level. Definitely the best $200 I ever spent.
Does he have a strange bear claw like appendage protruding from his neck? He kep petting it.

Artsay, that is the class you told me about at the Lode, huh? man I need it more than ever... maybe this fall after I pay down some bills :roll:

I saw Arno at the New last weekend, but didn't take his class.
Sarcasm is a tool the weak use to avoid confrontation. People with any balls just outright lie.

After the course, you are entitled to throw Fritos at Arno for as long as you live!
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

I met Arno last year the day before Rocktoberfest to spend a day learning trad and bits and pieces of The Rock Warrior's Way. I read his book which is a great learning tools. I intend to take his class. :|

Yes, I contacted him by phone and email.
He usually checks this website that is why I take every opportunity to speak highly of him on these threads. 8)
