Lexington Apartment Available

Post by MiaRock »

I will be leaving for Wyoming by May 21st and my apartment is available. If anyone is interested please PM me.

It is a located on Woodland Ave, in the Woodland Studios, right across from the UK library.
It is within easy walking distance from the campus, restaurants, Kroger and lots of other shops and even the climbing gym and Woodland Park.
It has a large kitchen for its size (roughly 400 sq. ft) and a really nice bathroom.
The landlord has a 24 hour guarantee on repairs and does a great job keeping up the unit.
The rent is $425/mo.
It is set far off the road, has off street parking, and is very quiet.

I really love the place and sad to leave it, but Wyoming is calling my name...

So... if we borrowed the space while you were away then we would probably have to pay? :?

You can break a lease Mia. Just be sure you give him written notice a month or so in advance and keep a copy.

Ahh young grasshopper. She knows this but is having difficulty. Worry not, I am helping her
Jesus only knows that she tries too hard. She's only trying to keep the sky from falling.
