Squamish is just a bit south of whistler. It would set you up for bouldering and big wall.
There's also quite a few smaller (relatively) areas scattered around southern BC.
Vancouver would be a sweet place to live(little expensive, though), about an hour south of Squamish, 2 hours south of Whistler.

Never mess with a local!

I want to be perfectly clear here. I do not agree with you to off your ex(this is to avoid any criminal charges of conspiracy to murder)dipsi wrote: Christian, how 'bout we off my ex and you can have all his shoes?
That being said, what shoe size did your ex have?
I try to be a good man but all that comes

This is a great dilemna.superjen wrote:well, mine is, do I keep a good paying job with health insurance and continue to live in the midwest, or pack up my credit card debt and my belongings and head west to live like a climb/ski bum??
Get rid of your credit card debt!!! NOW!!! It will have a corrosive influence on your choices. Like George Jetson on the treadmill.
Continue to simplify your life by lowering your wants and needs.
Suddenly you'll find being a ski bum/climbing type personIs not as hard as you might have thought.
Do it while your young because life is short.
Oh, and make sure you are clear on your boundaries with your significant other: no abuse physical or verbal 8)
Next dilemna?
