Christian, you are super cool. Great thread, and much needed.

My broadband is down today, I'm sure there is a bunch of stuff I'm missing on the forum, which is probaby for the best (this dialup I had to get so I can do my homework SUCKS).

I am ate up and on medz, climbed at the gym with myson at 3:30 and going back for some 8 week fitness training thingz at 6:30.
I miss the Red and all you at Miguelz.
