Now Artsay dear, when you mention chains in your list of favorites you got issues.
charlie,
My issue is with folks that dis on a restaurant for being a chain...and folks for liking them.
Macaroni Grill is always consistently delicious. There's a reason why there are 100's around the country.

No kidding, my issues have issues. I guess Ramsey's is kinda a chain right now (since there are 4) and I've been hanging at (cough) Olive Garden a lot lately so that qualifies as a talking out of my ass, holier than though post.

Is Paisano's still open? That place was the bomb Italian place and Guiseppe's is always good.

On this same note. . .

I'm movin' down to Lexington, and am in need of a waiting job. What are some of the higher class restaurants in Lexington?

Emmits(sp?) has been pretty good the few times I've been there. Tates Creek just outside Man 0' War.

How high pianomahnn? There is a new fancy french resturant or two downtown, portafino's is pretty high from what I understand, Malone's on Tates Creek is higher as well.
Screw you guys. I'm going bowling.

I really liked the sampler that had jerk chicken, shrimp and some other good stuff. Atomic isn't perfect, but I was really good, and if the weather is nice they have a really big patio in back (live music occasionally).
