Mediation

The RRGCC/Charmane mediation is today. Our A team goes toe to toe with the Charmane Oil Co. Bumblers. I am sure Charmane will be their typical agreeable selves and make a situation that is bad for them only worse, and cause the RRGCC A team to crack open a fresh can of legal and regulatory whoop ass on their red neck asses.
I would seriously like to ask for everyone reading this to turn there thoughts to our team and wish them the best and hope this obsticle to our enjoying the Pendergrass/Murray Preserve can be amicably worked out.

Then again the point of mediation is to resolve issues and reach a compromise to avoid the cost(financial and emotional) of litigation and try to prevent future problems. One can only hope.
