What Andrew got for his B-Day!!
What Andrew got for his B-Day!!
Nothing except for a torn Meniscus, or how ever you spell it, and torn cartilage in my wrist. I think I may be out from climbing for about 8 months, or so judging from the last time I tore the cartilage in my wrist. We will see after I go to the doctor. Just to let you know, I will still be down this weekend.

Hey, what the hell? How come I have to find out about this from first, Mom, then the forum when I spoke to you yesterday . I'm so disappointed that you have torn cartilidges. I enjoy climbing with no one better than you. (Sorry, all, but he's my brother.) What will we do with you this weekend.....will I have to carry you up the approach, 'cause, dammit, I will?
Call me, shithead, if you make it to the Dr. before I see you Saturday.

I can walk on my knee it just hurts, pops, and locks up every now and then. My wrist is another story. Erynn, remember the last time this happened. It just slowly gets really bad to the point that it hurts so bad I can't even write. Last time it happened we didn't know what from and the doctors didn't think anything was wrong until they cut it open and realized it was severly messed up. I really don't want to go through eight months of recovery again. I will be able to hike to the crag just fine. Climbing probably won't happen. Sorry guys.

Andrew, you of all people knows how much that really sucks.
And you probably know what is best to do with the heeling process.
All I can say is drink lots of water and I'll burn sage towards the four winds to take good kharma to you.
Quick recovery!

I know that you believe that you understood what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.
