learning curve

my buddy did the jump and he is shorter than me. he can hit the upper crimp by balancing in the dihedral and launching up but can't stick it. i kinda messed around with the crimp thing around the arete and didn't like it...next time.

Nick is pretty short so he couldn't reach straight up. He did some cool tension moves swinging out to the left and catching the corner really quickly so he didn't barn door off. Then he bumped his left hand up to the crimp and his right hand to the other.

sounds cool. glad i'm closer to 5'11''. im thinking try the jump but if that doesn't work well i'll have to slap the arete and use (more) body tension.
