I was on the crux of Bandolier, an 11 at Torrent. I have a fractured Medial Malleolus, bruised Talus and a couple of stretched ligaments

all right is here the full story to the best of our knowledge...

well after a long day of pooping, matt, eagleman, and myself returned to miguels. we started in our nightly ritual of heavy drinking. there were also about 20 canadians present.
we decided to mess with them, so as soon as they returned from pooping we made a plan.
first, i walked to the tent with a box of food without my pants. next we sat around in the monestary naked, keep in my mind we were drunk. we decided that was gay so we went outside, naked of course.
we decided to go for a run. next we tried slacklining, again still naked. that got boring so we went to the fire.
by this point sara ventura and andrew gearing are back, they join us although still clothed.
we sit around the fire saying "aboot" and "eh" alot. we also start making fun of canada, we're still completely nude.
at some point i decide to throw my pants in the fire. they start to smoke and got really hot. i tried to take them off the fire but they were steaming hot. so i threw them behind a log. i then forgot about it.
later after more harassing of our neighbors to the north we wanted to call it a night. we begin our drunken stumble back to the monestary when someone informs me that i don't have my pants. i have to go look for them in the dark, eventually finding them behind the logs at the fire.
when we woke up in the morning i realized that my pants had alot holes and burn marks in them and the canadians had left.
i forgot some of the night's events and had to be reminded of what we had done by my cohorts.
so all in all i learned that if you're going to get naked, don't throw your pants in the fire or you might burn or lose them.
i didn't post it so that it didn't get back to miguel that we were getting wild and drunk, especially with a lot of other people around.

we're not proud of it but i consider it an important piece of american/canadian relations in the red.

hm...i dont deal well with that kind of rucus. i'm gladd i wasnt around...

anyhow...
this weekend was amazing...simply amazing. my team climbed above and beyond their normal abilities. these two guys i've molded into pretty strong climbers. it was great seeing some familiar faces from my gym...it eased my mind knowing there were friends in the area. we met some great people at miguels...ya know thaaat always happens :) a guy named Rock climbed with us on monday. he really completed our 3man team. we got some crazy mileage in on monday. the freakin weather.....jezez, i aint never been so cold in my life! 20degree lows at night. the first night, i looked up to see frost on the inside of my tent...i was like what kind of happy horse$**t is this??? and like clockwork, from drinking so much water, i had to pee at 3am. i ended up getting pretty good at manuevering in a mummy bag *snickers* the worst was monday night, i go to *go* i set the bottle inside the bag to warm it up...i unscrew the bottle...set it down...adjusted something else (my headlamp sicko!) and then get hold the bottle again...uh oh...wait a minute....is that bottle upside down??? that sucked! all over the inside of my bag.... grrr! i was ready to go after that, lol.
