Allah, if you don't let the bullshit and drama effect you - and it is your choice - then it will not take away the pleasure you derive from climbing. Try to remember who you should be climbing for. When you forget, look in the mirror.

Yeah, allah. This message board is just a form of entertainment due to boredom. After all, debating about ratings is a time-honored tradition in rock climbing... and helps lead to consensus. But of course you're right, in the end it doesn't (shouldn't) matter so much...

And thanks Roentgen Ray. Are you a radiologist?

i thought the dinosaur was .12c either way. one long as shit move to a micro, or several little moves on "better" micros.

what's the eight ball finish to snooker? go to eight ball chains? i heard the chains for snooker were lower and out right from where they are now.

Yeah. The original chains for Snooker were not used for quite some time. I think pretty much all the early ascents blasted straight up to the 8 Ball anchor (really great moves and holds actually). Then eventually the "original" finish got cleaned off and people started traversing over there. I haven't done it that way but I don't see how it could be any better than the 8 Ball way. One of the reasons I like Snooker so much is the upper bit...

so from that jug on snooker below that small roof and headwall, people just went straight over to eight ball?

Exactly. It was really good. Are you saying that the current Snooker anchor is in a different place than the "original" one (low and out right)?? That's good. Maybe it's not much different now...

now, you pull that roof from the jug and veer slightlyright to a good hold, and then straight up some crimps to some good holds. i've always heard way hard .12d, and more like .13a from the people that've sent it.
