If you LOOK off of fixer road you can see some of the gates through the trees and whatn. But they are not right off the side of the road or anything like that so they could be pretty easy to miss.

Yeah I think there is some confusion from Fixer to Bald Rock...I couldn't tell you which was which to be honest, what I thought was still parts of Fixer turned out to be Bald Rock.

From higher points you can see that the gates are up - not all are right on the road though, but further back up the roads a ways. And looked like all the trespassing signs were brand spankin new...since they had to take the other ones down - looks like they also had to invest in new ones.

I'm guessing that disregarding the restraining order like this is 'suicidal' in terms of the judge's trust and good will. Maybe Charmagne is 'going out in a blaze of glory', kind of like how they pulled out of the Solar Collector area (by digging up the dam to make it un-driveable)

Regardless, this can't play well in mediation. (heheheheh!)

maybe the gates seen from Fixer are not actually on the Murray property?
