Those tiny fingers curl around yours and you heart melts. Very cool feeling.

I hear you Di, with a stepdaughter that is 13, that's really not too far off for us! BUT WE CAN WAIT!!!

Sandy, Hell yes I am in love! He is so freakin cute!!! When he is all bundled up he looks like a glow worm!!

Hey Di, you forgot to tell me about the milk let down sensation! DAMN! that was one wild ride! If men only knew, they would be sooo jealous! It would come in pill form!
Just genuinely disengenuous.

Congrats Gretchen! And I love the name Aidan...one of my favorites. You have good taste. Can't wait to see him climb...how small do they make climbing shoes?

They don't need shoes, Kclimb! My two oldest scaled a 20 foot vertical cliff to get blackberries. They were two and four years old, and barefoot! Scared the bejeezy out of me when I found them. (They couldn't get back down!) I think about that sometimes when I'm climbing!

About the letdown, Gretch. Thought I would let you experience that one without setup! Just wait till Aidan looks up one day and realizes you are attached to the nummy num! Talk about emotions............Guys definitely miss out on all of that.
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

Belated Congrats! You guys did good! So now you know out how mind altering 3 days w/o sleep can be and God really must exist by way of the let down compensation. Its truly amazing what your body can do. We used to call it being in "babyland" for Mom and baby. And then you have the first smile to look forward to and sleeping through the night and .......
