Seems like more of a boulder problem than a trad route

Well, when I did it I used a rope so to me it's a route.

How could someone follow the route if you could not build an anchor? If you want to work the route, aid up it and build an anchor. You could also access the the ledge via one of sport routes to the left, then build an anchor.
