Nah, he's actually making a dynamic move to the bolt, clipping both the rope and the draw simultaneously, then grabbing the rock as his velocity reaches zero at the zenith of his jump. It's a hella-cool move and is certain to catch on in the sport climbing world for no other reason than style points.

Well since we're all spraying..
since july 03 I lost about 20 lbs(give or take a few), about 8% body fat and have gain a HUGE amount of core strength.
I've bouldered all winter so I have zero endurance but I lot of power..it's going to suck seeing all this power decline as my endurance picks back up..
But I am ready for the RED
This weekend is going to be SWEET
