Did it pay off?

Quit whining. Drink bourbon. Climb more.

well most clips are one-handed. you mean, hanging by one-arm, no feet clip.

Nah, he's actually making a dynamic move to the bolt, clipping both the rope and the draw simultaneously, then grabbing the rock as his velocity reaches zero at the zenith of his jump. It's a hella-cool move and is certain to catch on in the sport climbing world for no other reason than style points.

Yeah, something like that. I belayed him when he made a pretty gutsy move in what I thought would be a sure fall to the death slab below him.

Well since we're all spraying..

since july 03 I lost about 20 lbs(give or take a few), about 8% body fat and have gain a HUGE amount of core strength.

I've bouldered all winter so I have zero endurance but I lot of power..it's going to suck seeing all this power decline as my endurance picks back up..

But I am ready for the RED :!:

This weekend is going to be SWEET :!:

meadows...you know that has to become my signature move!
but only above death slabs...wouldn't wanna be safe. and it can only be on crucial clips when i can't fall or ill get all hurt and stuff.
