Dave Page Cobbler is the best.He not only does rock shoes is does it all, hiking boot resoles as well as general boot reconstruction. He has been a cobbler for a very long time.He is the only person i would send my shoes to.He will have them for about two weeks though.I wore a hole in my slippers and he sewed on a patch of the same colered leather without being asked and with no charge.

yosemitebum did a fantastic job on my muiras -- seemingly seamless rand replacement. The shoe did not shrink, either.
No big deal.

I think it has already been mentioned a couple times, but Rubber Room butcher'd my shoes. After waiting 3 or 4 weeks, they came back with a different 'shape' (significantly longer & narrower than when I sent them in)--if that makes any sense (it didn't make too much sense to me). Then, they began to delaminate after 2 hours of climbing....

I took a different pair of the same model, 5.10 shoes & sent them to Yosemite Bum & they came back nice.

Also, I got my shoes back in a week. I told them it was my first time sending anything to them, I am not sure, but that may have helped speed it up. Regardless, the next time I resole, I'll ship to them.
No big deal.
