I know bouldering in the red super weak, but it's all I have within an hour drive. I'm just trying to guage everyone's opinion and see, like Sandy said what is the best of the worst. As for the best bouldering in the south east I must disagree, HP40 is bad ass.
Today I quit my job. And then I told my boss to go fuck himself, and then I blackmailed him for almost sixty thousand dollars. Pass the asparagus.
aaron, bullshit. Giving someone your sign on and telling them (and I quote) "have fun with it" isn't exactly the same as saying "don't write anything" is it? Dude, let it go.
And while I haven't been to very many bouldering areas (yet), I do have to say that Boone is most definitely the shit. In fact, I think North Carolina is the promised land.
Hoss, I'm hitting H40 next month. I can't wait! The only really good problems at the Red are unfortunately too hard for me. Maybe once I send The Stairs I'll be able to try something harder.
You are missing two of the best problems in the red - When doves cry and Dreams. I would put those two up against any problem in the red, quality-wise. They would be right at home at any 5 star area.
