Ya see Dirt, refraining from judging someone harshly based on one instance is not being wishy washy. Especially if you don't know that person well enough to understand their reasoning, their intentions, or the potential damage your comments could make.

(1) I'm not judging her harshly.....I'm using the rules of the comp to judge her. She should be publicly "outed" and disgraced. The reasoning and intentions were to win at any cost.....even if she had to cheat.
I hold what my brother said in the highest regards. Its the truth.....as for that other drivel about rapists...what disparaging comments have I mad about women? My diparaging comments are "target specific", and with people like LLR and Mia posting .....It is a "target rich" area!

I went to jail on a misdemeanor. I spent a year in jail. The original charge was Sexual Misconduct. which was plea bargained down from a Felony charge of Rape in the fourth degree. Which in laymans terms is Statutory Rape As part of the plea bargain agreement I was given 1000 hour of community service. (My lawyer neglected to inform me of that little nugget of info!) But I digress. I being the jackass that I am, I refused to do the community service. I thought it was and still think that 1000 hours of community service was a little stiff for the crime. But that my dear is my personal opinion, you must only be concerned with the facts as evidenced by your inquirey. So when I refused to do the service, they locked me up. For a year. And there you have it.
She was 15 I was 28.

MiaRock, So how about you? You ever had something happen that you regret. Let me tell you about me. I got regrets. theres nothing I can do about them. Theres always someone like you who asks. So I tell. Because the minute that I try to hide my past, there will always be someone there to remind me. So write it down....circulate it to all of your friends. Tell everybody. Joe made a mistake. He's paid for it and he will keep on paying. for as long as there is people who can talk.

Don't get me wrong, I don't entirely blame you. Just your morbid curiosity. I am the one who brought it up, or better yet, answered someones wish that I be thrown in jail. Just for your future reference. Jail couldn't break me. Solitary confinement didn't break me. The Legion couldn't break me. To me, all of you are lightweights. I've been beat, starved and left out in the cold. There is nothing that you can take from me that I haven't already given up. I've got nothing to lose. That's what that look in my eye is, that scares people. I know who I am.

Legal...shit, nothing is legal anymore. Too many rules and laws, fuck em all. I also manged to get myself a class @ misdemeanor. My charge was criminal damage to property, 40 hrs of community service, didn't serve a single one. Its good to have friends that are in charge of community service at their place of busniess, all i needed to do was to get a signiture. Fuck age and consent, they dont go together. when i turned 18 i could have made sweet passionate love to a seventeen year old behind a dumpster at the wendy's and i could have gotten fucked for statutory rape. Fuck the Police!
