Roger won't be down. His car went kaput & he had to get another one. I'll be there Jan 21.

Bummer about his car. It was almost like being at Miguels last night at the rock ranch, as there were so many SE climbers around.

Well, two more climbing days in Hueco, then it's time to start heading toward home. It has been a pretty kick ass trip for sure. Hueco is such a great place to climb, and the red tape isn't really all that bad. I was able to climb every day that I wanted on North mtn. I have met a bunch of cool people, and did a bunch of PURE climbing in the sun.

Hope to see some of you all at HP40 next week,

Hey, did you all know that when you pop a finger pulley it makes a really loud noise? Now aren't you all wondering how I now know this? That's right, my right index finger made that super cool noise that can be mistaken for nothing but the sound of ripping tendons or maybe someone stepping on a nice sized branch.

So, I am now back in KY. Only missed a day and a half at Hueco, and had a bast of the five weeks I was there. So, it isn't all that bad. I am a bit bummed about missing HP-40 and any climbing for the next several weeks, but it might be nice to have a "break" from climbing.

Wes, I'm so sorry! :( I hope you get better and back on rock soon. I know that sound, and how badly it sucks.
