You mean you'll be in Louisville, Rain Man? Lexington Rocks is the climbing gym in Lexington.
I remember Hester's being pretty cheap and Rocksport being a bit more pricey.
New and looking
How in the hell can anybody climb in a sports bra? I reach up and feel like my boobs are gonna pop right out of the bottom.
I envy the girls who can do it and do it with class and wear them because they work up a sweat and it's cooler than a tshirt.
But then there are the girls who go to the gym with their tiny little sports bras and tinier little sports shorts and then stand around a talk while at the same time looking around the room to see who is checking them out. Complain to their friends, "Ew that geek in the corner keeps staring at me!" Then go into the bathroom to check their hair and makeup.

Hey longlegsrule, you live in Lexington and drive all the way to Cincinnati Why not come out to Lexington Rocks? It sounds like you have a lot of friends that go to CT but if you started coming to LR I'm sure you'd meet some really good people.

Definately go to Lexington Rocks. It's awesome. Too bad I can't go that often, but I'll try for once a week.
I went last night and had a great time and got to do some bouldering, which I haven't gotten to do much of in awhile. I love the atmosphere there and all you girls are amazing. Watching you all was very inspirational.

Well, SikMonkey and I climbed at Lex Rocks Saturday moring/afternoon and, I must agree with many of you, that place is great for boldering. Lex rocks beats the shit out of Climb time, here in Cincy in terms of wall quality, problem selection (we only bouldered upstairs, that that's what I'm referring to), padding, length/height of climbs, basically everything but cost, and even that wasn't MUCH higher (except for the whole "hour+ drive from Cincinnati" thing). You folks in Lex have it made, good gym, hour from the Red, hour closer to all points south.
