That sounds like a harder dare than chuging a gallon of milk without losing it. I'll buy the bars.

Anyone ever do the milk challenge ?

A quick and easy dish I have been fixin lately goes like this:

1 can kidney beans
1 package frozen green peas
1 can diced tomatos with green chilis
I like to add garlic, pepper, oregano, etc
serve over brown rice - pretty tasty and colorful

Tootin Black Bean Surprise

1 – package deluxe mac and cheese
1 – package instant black beans
2 – tbsp. dehydrated onions
2 - cloves garlic (only if prepackaged beans contain no spice)
2 – tbsp. Tabasco
½ - tsp smoke flavor (your choice)
honey to taste

(optional: 1 jar of your favorite salsa yum!)

Cook up the mac and cheese. Over low heat, add the beans, onions, sauce, garlic, and smoke flavor. Stir until thick and creamy then remove from heat. Add honey to taste. Eat and enjoy an almost instant surprise! Makes a great dip for parties.
