Just to add a bit more irony here, let's not forget that Michigan has a fair number of hardcore 'rednecks' who would make most rural Kentuckians say, "S**t, them f**kers is f**kin' crazy!" I doubt that many people from Kentucky could out-redneck the 'Michigan Militia' types.

As for the core of the origin of the thread, yeah, it was whacked that when I got to Miguel's at 3:00am Friday night/Saturday morning, a bunch of wankers were still up yelping around the fire. I wonder how many of them were UMich-ers. My sister went there, and she dealt with some serious idiots. (One 'highlight' was some young woman in the dorms seriously complaining that her father got her the 'wrong' accessory package on the high-end SUV he bought her - how's that for self-absorbed?)
