Having problems with the board or the online guidebook?

How could usergroups be effective for moderating and creating sub-communities (like those who wish to discuss rio's nuts and those who don't)? I have no clue how they work, but that sounds kinda interesting.

Well, currently I have a user group called "brats" who I assign moderators to. This way there is no way for a user to know who moderated them.
I'll think about what else I can do with these group things.

I think the brats usergroup is a good idea. As for other uses, I'm just not sure how that would work.
