What Route is this? Indian Creek

Post by BostonHammock »

Any idea what route this is? Indian Creek wall, LH side a bit before you hit Jim's Dihedral. Doesn't seem to be in the guide book.

Ended up climbing it looking for Crack Attack (don't ask...couldn't remember what it looked like, and the description kind of fit - although I had my doubts).

It's extremely dirty, lichen/moss covered, and was very challenging for me (5.8/5.9 climber). Ended up aiding my way up the last third after flailing for a bit. No sure the grade, as I don't have much reference for harder trad. Maybe 5.11?

Looks like if it was cleaned up it'd be a pretty interesting climb though, and also a bit easier. Cut some old webbing down at the top and replaced it.

Yeah, left hand side of the wall, as opposed to the right hand side where Slimy Creatures, etc are.

Is that the name of the route, or the FA? or both? Any other info? Grade? etc.
