Looking for housing accommodations for ~1mo in late spring

Looking for suggestions on longer-term housing close to the Red for a month-long stay in June-early July. A reliable internet connection and a quiet place to study are pretty essential. Just seeing what is out there early on to see if it is a viable option. Thanks!

Land of the Arches would be a good bet. They have a campground as well as apartments for rent
