Was on Tissue Tiger today and cleaned off draws from the top two bolts and the anchors. If they are yours let me know.

I sent it back in April 2011. Was in there to work Mule, a far better route. Leaving draws on FS land is frowned upon, hence the removal. Based on the fact that the lowest draw was the one at the crux, it appeared that someone hung them then couldn't get through the crux the next time up and had to lower off that draw.
