Have you considered a 12 month pass instead of the calender year pass, as in I buy a pass this March and it goes until the following March? Just a thought.

Thanks for the question! We thought about this as an alternative, but decided that it is best to keep things simple for now and have all permits on the same cycle and associated with a single calendar year. This will help to assess permits quickly when we have a line of cars to get through the kiosk, and when spot checking permits on honor system days.
