so, good to see people posting for partners and enjoying this amazing spring. wish I could make it. anyway, did others see the curiosity in the Access Funds newsletter about the FS 'regulations' ??

it wasn't front page, you'll have to want it.

it doesn't spell out a lot of details, which is a good thing?

the graphic*, last time i checked (1995-apprx. 2011) under development/revision, and "capt static" offered that the rrgcc was no longer pursuing this, somewhat disputed by chandler.

don't really know what the interest might be but if the planners and schemers of rock climbing events/fundraisers et. al.; this has some local relevance and might offer some benefit of wider appeal than hot young things gripping rock and waxing poetic-
